The landlord will accept an American rental contract. We do speak English in our office and can assist you with the entire processing. If so desired the landlord is agreeable to an all-inclusive rent.

Lage

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Wiesbaden - Igstadt, a small community on the Eastern part of the city.  The apartment is on the top floor of a recently fully modernized house with a total of only 2 tenants.  

Grocery shopping is possible in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim or Wiesbaden-Bierstadt, both are only a few minutes away.  Clay Kaserne can be reached in ca. 10 min (less than 5 miles).  Hainerberg ist less than 10 min away (about 3 miles). A train station about 3 min walking distance from the house goes to Wiesbaden main station in only 10 min.  From there one can take the train to Frankfurt, Mainz and other cities. Igstadt is close to Nordenstadt which has fast access to the A66 in all directions, including the nearby Frankfurt airport. Jogging and walking is possible just outside the house with a number of trails right around the corner.
