The landlord will accept an American rental contract. We do speak English in our office and can assist you with the entire processing.

The house was modernized in recent years and upgrades have continued to be made over recent months. An electric garage door for both parking spaces will be installed as soon as possible. The property comes with a beautiful, large garden as well as a swimming pool. Gardening and maintenance costs are inclusive. The swimming pool is optional. The house can be rented with or without the use of it. The swimming pool rent is an additional EUR 100,- rent per month plus there will be an additional EUR 75,- on utility costs for the tenant.

There are nearby grocery stores and bakeries, plus the city center is only a couple of miles from the house.

Sonstiges

Gas and electricity are not included and are separate contracts paid by the tenant to the utility companies. Total rent for the house is 3.800 ? (w/o the use of the swimming pool).
