The landlord will accept an American rental contract. We do speak English in our office and can assist you with the entire processing.

The house was modernized in recent years and upgrades have continued to be made over recent months. An electric garage door for both parking spaces will be installed as soon as possible. The house is located in the popular district of Wiesbaden Sonnenberg. Clay Kaserne can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car (8 miles), while Hainerberg is only about 10 minutes away. The Amelia-Earhart building is also conveniently located, with a travel time of around 20 minutes from the house. There are nearby grocery stores and bakeries, plus the city center is only a couple of miles from the house.

Gas and electricity are not included and are separate contracts paid by the tenant to the utility companies. Total rent for the house is 3.800 ? (w/o the use of the swimming pool).
