The landlord will accept an American rental contract. We do speak English in our office and can assist you with the entire processing. The duplex house is on 3 levels and has a total of 6 rooms, of which 5 can be used as bedrooms. It comes with 2 terraces as well as 2 balconies. Additionally, there is a carport parking space by the house. As a note: There is no garden only a green area in front of the house but there is plenty of nature not far away from the house.
