The landlord will accept an American rental contract. We do speak English in our office and can assist you with the entire processing.

The house is located in Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt, in a quiet and well-established residential area. Nordenstadt is a sought-after suburb of Wiesbaden, known for its excellent infrastructure and superb access to the A66 motorway, providing convenient connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Cologne.
A variety of restaurants and local shops cater to daily needs, and grocery shopping is particularly convenient, with all major supermarkets nearby, including the largest grocery store in the area. Wiesbaden city center is approximately 7 miles away and can be easily reached via regular bus services to the main train station.
